TALD accepts returns on products for a refund, minus the cost of return shipping, within 15 days of delivery. Orders past 15 days will not be accepted.
- All products must be in their original packaging and not used or damaged to be accepted for return. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged and, at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.
- Please note that made to order products, exclusive collaboration pieces, monogrammed/personalized pieces, furniture and gift cards are not eligible for returns. Orders with a manufacturer's warranty are nonrefundable.
- The following brands do not accept returns: Kate Kilmurray, Hanna Dausch, Maria Enomoto, De Jong & Co., KOMOLAB, MONDAYS, Kate Holstein, D-HAENE, Modern Blocks, DAUGHTERS, Maison N.H Paris, Jan Schachter.
- To get your return label, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will personally assist you.
- If an item arrives damaged, please send us an email including photos.
